T-test
0.2.0
T-test power analysis
allows for computing power
parameters for testing difference in means in different designs. It can
be used to estimate power parameters for independent samples, paired
samples and one sample t-test. The module allows also for equivalence
tests.
The initial step is to determine the objective of the analysis (
aim ). Further details regarding different objectives can be
found in the Info
results field.
The second step is to decide what type of effect size we want to employ.
Designs
Independent Samples t-test : valuable for comparing two groups means, in between-subjects designs.
Paired Samples t-test : valuable for comparing two means measured on the same sample, in repeated measures designs.
One Sample t-test : valuable for comparing one mean with a theoretical value.
